Hello and welcome to my blog!

My name is Helen and I am a disabled kink & life blogger in her early thirties from Bristol, UK. I joined the BDSM community barely two weeks after my eighteenth birthday and haven’t looked back since. What can I say? I was rather keen to get started!

I am married and in a polyamorous relationship with my non-married partner, Will. I also live with my beloved Jack Russell Terrier, Hugo, and two tanks of tropical fish.

In more than ten years, I have thoroughly enjoyed helping people from all walks of life discover more about themselves and their kinky identities. With more than a decade of experience as both a Dominant and a submissive, I aim to provide you with easy-to-read information that is presented in a friendly fashion and is sensitive to your needs. I understand how daunting it is to take your first steps into the BDSM lifestyle and I want to offer you a guiding hand to hold, every step of the way. Curious about kinks? Take a read of my What’s Your Kink? posts, where you can read everything about some of the most popular kinks, including what they are, why people are into them and how you can get started for yourself. Have you been involved with the 30 Days of Submission writing challenge? Find my answers here!

While we’re here, I also want to provide you with lots of of other exciting and interesting reads, from TMI Tuesday, housework and mental health tips to international snack tastings and tasty recipes. Whatever you’re in the mood for, I guarantee you’ll find something to read!

Outside of BDSM, I am a bit of a nerd and I have a passion for chemistry and psychology. I also enjoy cooking, listening to music, swimming and watching a marathon of police shows!

So, now that I’ve introduced myself, where will your next step be? Spoilt for choice? Why not check out My Mission or Meet The Author instead, or jump right in with some of my latest posts below?

Enjoy your visit!

Helen xx
